These Terms of Service govern your use of AiCartoon and related websites, generation tools, downloads, subscriptions, and support services. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms and our related policies.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

• You must provide accurate account and billing information.
• You are responsible for activities that occur under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, abuse, or policy violations.

3. Service Description

AiCartoon is an AI-powered photo stylization product that turns user-submitted images into cartoon-style outputs. Available features, generation limits, history retention, watermark behavior, and export rights may vary by plan.

4. Payments, Plans, and Renewal

• Paid subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
• Monthly plans bill monthly. Annual plans bill yearly.
• Plan terms, credit limits, and change restrictions are shown in product UI and policy pages before purchase.
• Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.

5. User Content and Rights

• You represent that you have the rights needed to upload and process the content you submit.
• You retain rights in your original uploaded content, subject to the rights needed for us to operate, secure, and improve the service.
• You are responsible for how you use generated outputs, including compliance with copyright, trademark, privacy, and portrait-right laws.

6. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You may not use the service to create, upload, request, or distribute prohibited content, including:

• Adult sexual, pornographic, exploitative, or explicit NSFW content.
• Graphic violence, gore, torture, illegal abuse, or hateful content.
• Content involving minors in sexual contexts or other illegal exploitation.
• Infringing, deceptive, defamatory, fraudulent, or impersonation-based content.
• Attempts to bypass safety systems, rate limits, or platform controls.

We use moderation and safety systems to detect unsafe requests. Disallowed requests may be blocked, removed, or lead to account suspension or termination.

7. Availability and Output Quality

AI outputs may vary based on source image quality, prompts, moderation rules, and model behavior. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, identical results across runs, or suitability for a particular legal or commercial purpose.

8. Termination

We may restrict or terminate access if you violate these terms, abuse the service, create legal risk, or interfere with platform operations. Cancellation of a paid plan does not erase obligations for charges already incurred.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation, exact output quality, or fitness for a specific purpose.
