Refund Policy

1. Overview
Because AI generation is a digital service with immediate resource consumption, refunds are limited and handled case-by-case under this policy.
2. Refund Eligibility
- Requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the original charge date.
- You must provide account email, order ID, charge date, and issue details.
- Verified duplicate charges or unauthorized transactions may be refunded.
- Material technical failure on our side (service unavailable, repeated failed generations with credit deduction) may qualify for refund or credit restoration after investigation.
3. Non-refundable Cases
- Used credits and completed generations are non-refundable.
- Partial-period subscription refunds are not provided after successful payment, unless required by law.
- Dissatisfaction based on style preference alone does not automatically qualify for refund.
- Requests submitted after the 7-day window may be denied unless required by applicable law.
4. How to Request a Refund
Please contact support and include:
- Account email and order ID
- Payment date, amount, and payment method
- Issue details and screenshots/errors if available
5. Review and Processing Time
We usually review requests within 3-5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Chargebacks and Abuse
If you initiate a chargeback without contacting support first, we may suspend your account while the dispute is under review. Fraudulent or abusive refund behavior may lead to account restrictions.
