1. Purpose
This policy explains what you may and may not do when using AiCartoon. It applies to uploads, prompts, generated outputs, account activity, and any use of our website, billing, or support flows.
2. Allowed Use
AiCartoon is intended for lawful creative and commercial image stylization workflows such as avatars, marketing assets, profile images, stickers, and editorial-style visual content created from images you are authorized to use.
3. Prohibited Content
- Adult sexual, pornographic, explicit NSFW, or fetish content.
- Sexualized nudity or exploitative depictions, including suggestive content involving minors.
- Graphic violence, gore, torture, dismemberment, or illegal abuse.
- Hateful, harassing, defamatory, fraudulent, or deceptive content.
- Content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, or portrait rights.
- Impersonation, non-consensual intimate imagery, or unlawful surveillance-related content.
4. Prohibited Conduct
- Attempting to bypass moderation, payment, rate-limit, or access controls.
- Using automation or abuse patterns that degrade platform reliability or create fraud risk.
- Sharing, reselling, or misrepresenting the service in a deceptive way.
- Using the service in violation of applicable law or third-party platform rules.
5. Moderation and Enforcement
We use automated and manual safety controls to detect prohibited prompts, uploads, and account behavior. Unsafe or abusive requests may be blocked. We may remove content, restrict access, cancel subscriptions, or terminate accounts for violations.
6. AI Service Disclosure
AiCartoon is an independent AI image stylization service with its own branding, workflow, and support. It is not affiliated with the underlying model providers used to deliver image generation.
