Service Policy

1. Service Scope

AiCartoon provides AI-based image stylization and related features including generation, download, and account management. Service features may vary by plan, region, and product updates.

2. Account and Eligibility

• You are responsible for account security and activities under your account.
• You must provide accurate registration and billing information.
• We may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts engaged in abuse, fraud, or policy violations.

3. Credit System

Credits are consumed when generation tasks are submitted.

• Credit cost may vary by feature (e.g. number of outputs, enhanced generation options).
• Credits are non-cash, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for money.
• Unused monthly subscription credits do not automatically roll over to the next billing month.
• Upon cancellation or expiration, remaining subscription credits may be forfeited at the end of the active billing cycle.

4. Billing and Renewal

Paid plans renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal.

• Monthly plans are billed every month; annual plans are billed every year.
• You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method for recurring fees, taxes, and applicable adjustments.
• Failed payment may result in plan downgrade, feature limitation, or service interruption.
• Before purchase, checkout shows the selected plan and billing interval. By completing payment, you authorize recurring charges until cancellation.

5. Cancellation and Plan Changes

You may cancel at any time from your account billing settings.

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless required otherwise by law.
• No prorated refund is provided for unused time or unused credits unless explicitly required by applicable law.
• Plan upgrade/downgrade effects are applied according to current billing logic shown at checkout.
• Questions about charges, cancellations, or subscription state should be sent to support before filing a payment dispute.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities, including:

• Infringing third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Generating adult sexual, pornographic, exploitative, graphic violent, hateful, or otherwise prohibited unsafe content.
• Uploading or generating content involving minors in sexual contexts, sexualized nudity, bestiality, rape, gore, or illegal abuse.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or bypass platform controls.

We use safety review and moderation controls to detect and block disallowed prompts or uploads. Violations may lead to rejected generations, account restrictions, or termination.

7. Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of original content you upload, subject to rights needed for us to provide and improve the service.
• Generated content usage rights follow your purchased plan and applicable law.
• Platform code, branding, and product assets remain our intellectual property.

8. Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time for maintenance, security, compliance, or product updates. We are not liable for temporary service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of uninterrupted operation, specific output quality, or fitness for a particular purpose.
